Tamper Vario Screeds The excellent stability of Dynapac Vario screeds allows working widths of up to 9,0 m. Working widths of up to 7,25 m can be achieved without fitting any support linkages to either the auger system or the screed. TV Plus Screeds The high compaction TV Plus screed compacts paving material in three stages. The paving material is precompacted by the tamper blades and pushed underneath the screed¹s bottom plates. The tamper frequency is infinitely adjustable. The screed¹s bottom plates, in combination with vibration built into the screed frame, continue the precompaction process and smoothen the surface of the paving material. The vibration frequency is also infinitely adjustable. Final precompaction is achieved by the secondary compaction units and can be adjusted to suit requirements. The vibration built into the precompaction units is connected to the vibration in the main screed. The hydraulic pressure to the compaction units can also be infinitely adjusted. Fixed Screeds Dynapac offers manual tamping screeds for extremely large working widths with the same installation width, such as for motorway and airport runway construction. Together with high-capacity tractor equipment, it is possible to reach working widths of up to 16,0 m with this type of screed - using extendable screed ends. These screeds are characterised by high torsional stiffness, fast and easy attachment of extension pieces and very good compaction values, even with large working widths. Model Avaliable: SB1250TV
