Vortex Flow Pumps Selwood Seltorque 100C & 150C - Built to operate in the most arduous circumstances encountered in the construction, mining and municipal industries, these pumps offer completely automatic suctions from depths of 9 metres and unequalled performance in effluent disposal and slurry handling. Maximum flow capability of the 100C is 160m³/hr whilst the 150C pump is 350m³/hr. The only maintenance requirement on a Seltorque is a pre-start check on oils in the bearing housing and flushing chamber. A "Twin Prime" version is available for high air handling requirements such as in Wellpoint Dewatering. The pumps are available with a choice of electric start diesel engines, with the option of electric motor and silent running diesel and a variety of chassis types with various trailer, skid or fixed designs to suit customer applications. |

Positive Displacement
Pumps Selwood Simplite 50F - A general purpose, lightweight, reciprocating diaphragm pump, the Simplite has built an international reputation for efficiency and dependability. Versatile in application, the 50F will handle site water, slurries, sand and similar abrasives. It is self priming and will run dry "on snore" indefinitely. Selwood Spate 75C & 100D - The unique design of the Spate pump incorporates the induced flow principal utilising the inertia or ram effect to maintain a flow of water through the pump cylinder whilst the piston is on the return stroke. The principal ensures a peak volumetric efficiency twice that of a conventional reciprocating pump. The Spate handles dirty water, slurries, light and heavy oils, petroleum industry products, including some of the more viscous liquids, at a high, non turbulent flow rate. The pump can also be run dry indefinitely, and is well suited to demanding site conditions.

High Volume Pumps Selwood 150SA & 200SA - Low operating costs are achieved via overall design efficiency together with a series of innovative features which produce an impressive maximum flow rate of 700m³/hr, a maximum head of 41 metres, and handling of solids up to 55m. A newly designed discharge non-return valve minimises blockages and is easily cleaned and maintained with replaceable wearing parts. Prolonged dry running is made safe by using an oil lubricated silicon carbide mechanical seal. The extra large diameter short drive shaft running in a lightly loaded grease lubricated taper roller bearing assembly increases rigidity and extends pump life. 80% interchageability of parts between models gives greater operational flexibility to users. A second air pump can easily be fitted to increase air handling capacity.
