Dumper trucks are available in varying capacities depending on the requirements, the type of dumper truck is an important consideration as safety is a primary concern when using dumper trucks. Backhoe Loaders/Diggers

A versatile piece of heavy equipment, the backhoe loader is suited to a variety of tasks which can include digging and trenching, it is also suitable for use in demolitions, transportation, paving and landscaping. A frequent site on the construction site, the loader consists of a unit with a bucket or shovel attached to the front and a small hoe on the back.

Cranes

Cranes are a frequent site in construction and engineering works – they are used for lifting and lowering materials horizontally and typically consist of a hoist rope, wire ropes, chains, and sheaves. Different types of cranes include, tower crane, vehicle-mounted crane, crawler crane, aerial crane, rough terrain and floating crane.

Compaction Equipment

Rollers

Used primarily for the compaction of soil, asphalt, or other granular materials on the construction site or in agriculture. Rollers may vibratory, smooth rollers, pneumatic tire rollers or sheep foot rollers, they all however, work on the same principle which is applying pressure whilst vibrating.

Plates

A compaction plate is suitable for use on smaller jobs on the construction site to smooth and level earth in preparation for paving or landscaping.

Rammers

Rammers provide the optimum solution for compaction in constricted spaces where larger compactors are unable to operate such as in tight corners, trenches or around poles.
