The tractor plays a vital role in the agricultural industry, estate management and other garden maintenance tasks – due to the intensive nature of tractor labour, wear and tear will eventually occur over time and some parts may require replacement.

John Deere Tractors and Parts

A highly reputable, well established American Corporation, Deere & Company was founded by John Deere in 1837 in Grand Detour, Illinois. John Deere was originally trained as a blacksmith, he moved on to building improved ploughs in response to farming difficulties with the ploughs currently available– he then went on to expand his production of ploughs and other agricultural equipment before he passed away in 1886 at the age of 82. In 1892 the first successful gasoline powered tractor – the John Deere company entered the tractor business when they bought manufacturers of the Waterloo Boy tractor, the Waterloo Gasoline Engine company.

The company have been market leaders ever since, constantly developing and improving their products. They currently manufacture equipment for agricultural lawn, garden, landscaping, grounds care, forestry, engines and drive train, golf and sports turf. As well as a range of tractors including utility tractors, speciality tractors, track tractors and row crop tractors.

These are small tractors – essentially a smaller version of a larger agricultural tractor and are ideally suited to landscaping and municipality tasks. John Deere have a wide range which vary in power.

Speciality tractors are designed to provide high levels of manoeuvrability for locations such as vineyards and orchards, they also offer high levels of power and hydraulic performances.

Kubota Tractors

Established in 1890, the Japanese based company Kubota are manufacturers of agricultural and other heavy equipment, they are renowned worldwide for their outstanding quality, optimal efficiency and durability of their products.

Kubota’s first tractor destined for commercial use was developed back in 1960, from there they went on to produce paddy field tractors and other agricultural equipment before expanding into other sectors such as machinery water and the environment, information communications technology, design, construction as well as residential equipment manufacturing services.

The company offer a wide range of compact utility tractors, for domestic and estate management, through to agricultural tractors which maintain the performance and manoeuvrability of compact tractors but are capable of handling heavy traction work. The Kubota tractor range includes the B Series, the L Series and the M7 series for large scale farming – all of which boast outstanding reliability and are good in all weather conditions.
