The Wacker Neuson Group is a global organisation with its headquarters in Munich, Germany. It was founded back in 1848 by Johann Wacker, a former blacksmith. The company has since expanded into a large organisation which currently has over 50 affiliates, more than 140 sales and service stations plus over 12,000 sales and service partners across the world. It specialises in the development, production and distribution of concrete technology, compaction equipment, worksite technology and compact construction equipment.

In 2007, Wacker Neuson merged with Neuson Kramer Baumaschinen AG –  a manufacturer of compact construction equipment, then in February 2009, Wacker Construction Equipment AG assumed its current name of Wacker Neuson SE.

The organisation offers its worldwide customer base a fully comprehensive range of compact equipment which includes, rammers, vibratory plates and rollers, external and internal concrete compaction vibrators, screeds and trowels for concrete finishing, as well as saws, demolition products, generators, heaters, pumps, excavators, dumpers and much more.
